Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Health and Wellness Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the health and wellness component of our community, ensuring the maximum levels of resident function ability, safety, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the health and wellness program, including medication administration and documentation.
  • Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress and side effects.
  • Monitor and record vital signs.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
  • Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks.
  • Collect lab samples.
  • Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families, and medical professionals.
Requirements:
LPN (Required)
BLS Certification (Preferred, not required)
Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology
Perfect physical condition and stamina
