Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Night Services Coordinator to join our team at the Developmental Disabilities Institute, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires working varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, as well as being on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in our care by implementing and enforcing established security protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain a secure environment by monitoring CCTV systems and addressing any concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Collaborate with Residential Supervisors to ensure seamless transitions and provide support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, caregivers, and community partners.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Education).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills, with ability to remain calm under pressure.
