Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager - Residential Services to join our team. As a key member of our residential services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential units, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train program managers and other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and support.
  • Develop and implement annual programs for students on caseload, including clinical support areas such as speech, medical/nursing, psychology, OT, PT, and day/school settings.
  • Liaise between educational and residential settings to address clinical support issues.
  • Attend and actively participate in IDT, quarterly, and annual meetings on behalf of students on caseload.
  • Coordinate transitional supports for students on caseload from age 14 years until discharge from program, including guardianship, vocational, day, and residential supports.
  • Participate in screenings/referrals for potential admissions into CRP.
  • Ensure all student supervision and BSP guidelines are maintained.
  • Ensure fire drill requirements for students/staff are maintained.
  • Includes on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Three years of managerial experience.
  • Three years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $64,563.20 per year

Essential Physical Demands

  • Must be able to modify the area to secure the safety of adults, i.e., move/push tables and other heavy objects up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to lift/move/carry 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to run after an individual up to 500 feet.
  • Must be able to run to a program in need up to 500 feet.
  • Must be able to kneel, twist, and bend.
  • Must be able to respond to fire alarms.
  • Must be able to perform all physical SCIP techniques.
