Position Overview
The Assistant Manager of Hospitality Sales (AMHS) is instrumental in overseeing operations at our venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Fostering a secure atmosphere for both staff and visitors.
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
- Meeting sales targets and managing expenses effectively.
- Assisting in the achievement of budgetary goals.
- Mentoring and developing team members.
The AMHS will guide the Treasury Wine Estates Hospitality Team to provide memorable experiences for our guests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years in a comparable retail or sales leadership position within the hospitality sector.
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Understanding of the food, wine, and hospitality industries.
- Proven success in meeting performance goals.
- Familiarity with winery point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
