Position Overview

The Assistant Manager of Hospitality Sales (AMHS) is instrumental in overseeing operations at our venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fostering a secure atmosphere for both staff and visitors.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Meeting sales targets and managing expenses effectively.
  • Assisting in the achievement of budgetary goals.
  • Mentoring and developing team members.

The AMHS will guide the Treasury Wine Estates Hospitality Team to provide memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a comparable retail or sales leadership position within the hospitality sector.
  • Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Understanding of the food, wine, and hospitality industries.
  • Proven success in meeting performance goals.
  • Familiarity with winery point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
