Job Summary

As a Front Desk Agent at Homewood Lawton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors. Your primary duties will include registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and handling hotel operator and concierge duties.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Register guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
  • Reservation Management: Make and modify reservations, ensuring accurate room assignments and rates.
  • Hotel Operations: Handle hotel operator and concierge duties, including answering guest inquiries and providing information on hotel services and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Skills: Possess a positive and upbeat personality, with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
