Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role involves working closely with the Front Desk Manager and other departments to maximize room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
  • Room Revenue and Occupancy: Work with the Front Desk Manager to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
