Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Coordinator to join our team at Hydration Room, Inc. as a Wellness Coordinator/Medical Receptionist. This is a part-time position, requiring 2-3 days of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic team, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company protocols.
  • Assist the Registered Nurse with various duties, such as stocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for customers by adhering to company standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Manage the point-of-sale system and oversee cash shift procedures.
  • Retrieve and respond to phone messages, and chart documentation in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic team, RN, or physician.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required.
  • Prior Medical Assistant experience preferred.
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Ability to traverse the entire facility.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Hydration Room, Inc. offers a competitive hourly wage, an average of $2-$4 an hour, plus tips and IV perks program.
