Bay Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as assigned.
- Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
- Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families.
- Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
- Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
- Observe and report patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
