- Identify and recommend options to address agents' business challenges, market opportunities, market acquisition, and retention.
- Consult with agents to align with Enterprise strategies and understanding of applicable Agency contracts, pay schedules, and incentive programs.
- Insurance/Financial Services Sales Leadership Experience.
- Strong industry knowledge beneficial but not required.
- Demonstrated results in sales recruiting.
- Experience in leading a team to achieve exceptional results and obtaining results through others.
- Higher level leadership experience.
- Business development and consulting experience.
- Ability to influence others.
- Strong communicator with ability to break down complex problems into simple terms.
- Local network or personal knowledge of a geographic location beneficial in certain markets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher level education desired.
- Possess or ability to obtain FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65.
