Customer Experience Coordinator

As a key member of the Driveway team, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by leading improvement initiatives at assigned locations. Your focus will be on serving as a liaison between our dealership and customers, ensuring their concerns are effectively communicated and addressed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to boost customer satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Reputation and Brand Team to address reviews and social media sentiment.
- Analyze customer feedback and concerns, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
- Competitive pay: $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience and location.
