Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. As a primary care provider, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a diverse range of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year of experience in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in New York, obtained by your One Medical start date
- A competitive salary range of $142,000 to $151,000 per year
