Job Opportunity

Denovo Review is seeking a skilled attorney to join its Jacksonville office. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for insurance defense litigation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a significant caseload from inception to post-trial, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prepare and submit pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other litigation documents, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Provide regular reports to insurance carriers and clients regarding case status and ongoing activities, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and relationship-building methods.
  • Travel to various courthouses and locations as required, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Meet monthly billing requirements of 175 hours, demonstrating strong work ethic and productivity.
Qualifications
  • Must be a Good Standing Member of the Florida Bar, demonstrating commitment to professional excellence.
  • Excellent academic credentials are required, showcasing intellectual ability and dedication to learning.
  • Must have knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, utilizing technology to enhance productivity.
  • Must be technologically confident, comfortable using process management systems, and effectively utilizing available technology and automation.
  • Knowledge of Time Matters, Juris, and Acuity is a plus, demonstrating expertise and adaptability.
