  • Draft Legal Documents: You will draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, to support your clients' cases.
  • Communicate with Clients and Experts: You will communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial.
  • Analyze Medical Records and Evidence: You will analyze medical records and other evidence to build strong cases for your clients.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: You will work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
  • Maintain Accurate Case Files and Billing Records: You will maintain accurate and detailed case files and billing records to ensure efficient case management.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor Degree: You must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to Practice Law: You must be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • Experience in Insurance Defense: You must have at least 1 year of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, general liability, medical malpractice, auto claims, or related areas of law.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively handle complex legal cases.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: You must be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: You must have strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
