We are looking for an experienced **Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney** to handle a variety of tasks, including drafting, writing, researching, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workers' compensation defense and excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Responsibilities**

• Draft and write legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Conduct research and analyze complex legal issues

• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders

• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

• Stay up-to-date on changes in workers' compensation law and regulations

**Requirements**

• 1 year of experience in workers' compensation defense

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
