Job Title: Travel Nurse ICU Position

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse to join our team in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ICU nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a travel nurse with Epic Travel Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • Current RN license in Connecticut.
  • 1 year of experience in ICU nursing.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
