Job Title: Travel Nurse ICU Position

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled travel nurse to join our team in Waterbury, Connecticut.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced ICU travel nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a travel nurse with Epic Travel Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
  • Assess and manage patients with complex medical conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Current RN license in Connecticut
  • 1 year of experience in ICU setting
  • Skills in management of dysrhythmias, interpretation of dysrhythmias, pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring, care of ventilated patients, isolation precautions/use of PPE, central line care/management, and starting IVs
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
