Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Coordinator to provide essential support to both internal and external stakeholders regarding employment matters.

This role encompasses a diverse range of specialized tasks aimed at facilitating personnel activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist individuals approaching the Human Resource Division, offering informational support and guiding them to the relevant personnel.
  • Manage a multi-line telephone system, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate departments.
  • Administer various employment assessments as instructed by recruitment personnel.
  • Coordinate and execute the timely scheduling of interviews for candidates, including travel arrangements.
  • Update and maintain Human Resource programs, including New Hire and Vurv.
  • Conduct internal and external candidate checks, such as BIG and P0.
  • Compile and distribute new hire packages, including welcome letters, offer letters, and necessary employee forms.
  • Notify relevant parties of new hires.
  • Generate security lists for orientation sessions.
  • Conduct onboarding calls for new hires prior to their orientation.
  • Review incoming employee documentation for accuracy and establish new file folders.
  • Create candidate profiles and perform merging activities when required.
  • Post job requisitions as needed.
  • Support the Team Leader with process enhancement initiatives, as necessary.
  • Provide backup assistance in the absence of the Team Lead.
  • Assist entry-level HR Administrator representatives with inquiries regarding procedures and issues.
