The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for the delivery of coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based quality care to patients and families, based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

The RN works in an oncology clinic or infusion center environment, providing professional, comprehensive nursing care to patients.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a preceptor initially and assume increasing responsibility as you gain experience.

You will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient-focused, whole-person care, built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

The RN is accountable for the delivery of coordinated, safe, compassionate, therapeutic, evidence-based quality care to patients and families, based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

The RN is also responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

The RN must hold a Nursing degree/diploma upon hire, and an Oregon Registered Nurse License, or National Registered Nurse Compact License, or National Provider BLS - American Heart Association, and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of patient contact.
