Job Summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an oncology clinic or infusion center environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License or National Registered Nurse Compact License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Experience in oncology or infusion nursing
