Customer Service Representative With Business Development

We're seeking a positive, personable customer service professional with coordinating experience for a rewarding career opportunity. You'll connect with new people, tackle tough problems, and raise the bar on an excellent customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a background in service, exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. They must be able to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment and possess technical skills, including Office, Outlook, VOIP, and driver routing.
Responsibilities- Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding products and services, general information, and complaints.
- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team.
- Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge.
- Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed.
- Answer phone calls, call clients and technicians, schedule field jobs, and provide excellent customer service.
- Data entry, preparing and gaining work authorizations, and acquiring billing information for clients and insurance companies.
- Record customer interactions, follow up on their experience, find patterns in customer complaints, and escalate challenging issues.

$52,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience.
