Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Lead to join our team in CA. As a Customer Service Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a distinctive shopping experience for all guests and executing store operations during scheduled shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model outstanding customer service and selling skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Allocate staff and resources to keep the sales floor stocked and organized.
  • Build trusted partnerships with our painting professionals to provide expert advice and recommendations.
  • Process and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Uphold Dunn-Edwards' store vision of fast and reliable service.
  • Continuously learn about the industry, products, and services through Dunn-Edwards' Learning Network and job certification programs.
Requirements
  • Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
