Key Responsibilities- Model outstanding customer service and selling skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Allocate staff and resources to keep the sales floor stocked and organized.
- Build trusted partnerships with our painting professionals to provide expert advice and recommendations.
- Process and complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold Dunn-Edwards' store vision of fast and reliable service.
- Continuously learn about the industry, products, and services through Dunn-Edwards' Learning Network and job certification programs.
- Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Valid driver's license is required.
