Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager to join our team at The GEO Group, Inc. in a dynamic and challenging role. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants, ensuring their successful integration into the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized case management plans to meet the unique needs of ISAP participants.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with participants to assess their progress, provide guidance, and address any challenges they may be facing.
  • Collaborate with community resources, including transportation, medical, and social services, to connect participants with essential support.
  • Monitor participant compliance with electronic monitoring program and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Provide emergency counseling and support to participants as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sociology, psychology, or social work.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service, case management, or a related field.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language proficiency required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
Working Conditions

This role requires regular travel to participant homes and community locations, as well as occasional work in a standard office environment.
