Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in our dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes to optimize patient throughput and care.
  • Participate in quality assessment and improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  • Support patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
  • Operationalize nursing strategies to improve engagement and patient satisfaction.
  • Recommend and implement courses of action to ensure a competitively better organization.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Registered Nurse licensure
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
