Overview of the Acute Care Unit:Our unit is designed to meet diverse patient needs, with nurses providing care for a combination of ICU, step-down, and medical-surgical patients based on acuity levels. The unit consists of 30 beds, including 9 with ICU step-down capabilities and 21 designated for medical-surgical patients. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all functions within the unit. In collaboration with the management team, you will monitor and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies, serving as a resource for staff and enhancing the patient experience.
