Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at FOCUS Behavioral Health Services LLC. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will provide assessment, counseling, education, and consultation to clients in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with mental health or substance abuse disorders
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote healthy coping mechanisms and improve overall well-being
  • Collaborate with community agencies and providers to ensure continuity of care and coordinate services as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in clinical care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services and progress
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in direct service provision, including face-to-face treatment and interventions
  • Strong knowledge of mental health and substance abuse disorders, as well as evidence-based treatment approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment
