Logistics Business Improvement Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Business Improvement Manager to join our team at Pyrovio. In this role, you will work closely with clients to deliver transformation programs that drive process and systems improvements.

You will have the opportunity to work on diverse client engagements, from small to large-scale projects, and oversee the full lifecycle of program delivery. Your expertise in analysis-driven problem solving, process improvement tools, and lean management principles will be invaluable in driving organizational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct problem discovery using primary and secondary research
  • Apply lean principles, problem-solving methods, and data analysis to identify potential improvement areas in processes and systems
  • Prioritize improvement initiatives based on client strategic and tactical goals
  • Develop and implement KPIs to track initiative success and measure value realization post-implementation

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field with two years of professional experience, or graduate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Domain experience in material management, Supply Chain/Inventory/Logistics
  • Knowledge of utility, or healthcare industry preferred
