Job Title: Sales Associate III

The Sales Associate III role is a critical component of our store's overall success and efficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and upholding Coach's Service and Selling Models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized customer service, building strong relationships and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales through effective selling strategies, clienteling, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach's visual merchandising standards.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support store operations, including inventory management, cash wrap duties, and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including cash register systems and mobile POS.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
