About the Role

The Branch Operations Lead will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales objectives at our branches. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on developing and executing effective strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.

This position involves coaching and mentoring teams, promoting a positive work environment, and maintaining open communication channels to ensure seamless collaboration and teamwork.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement branch business plans to maximize revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Foster a culture aligned to Nicolet's purpose, core values, and strategy, leading by example and embodying the organization's values and behaviors
  • Conduct sales calls, establish personal referral networks, and engage in other business development activities to contribute to business objectives
  • Maintain active involvement in the community, develop key business and community relationships, and cultivate partnerships to drive business growth
  • Improve team performance, recognize and reward achievements, coach employees, support their development, and manage underperformance
  • Provide memorable customer experiences, deepening consumer and business customer relationships through tailored solutions and exceptional service
  • Cultivate internal partnerships to drive business growth, maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and policies, and educate teams on these areas
  • Actively lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, ensuring suitable colleagues are appointed to maintain Nicolet's culture
  • Develop and maintain a network to enhance visibility and build referral sources for new business
  • Support Nicolet's community involvement and participate in community activities
  • Create a culture that attracts, retains, and grows a diverse team, emphasizing inclusion and engagement

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in banking, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail banking experience; management experience preferred

Nicolet National Bank offers competitive salaries, benefits, and career advancement opportunities. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
