Structural Detailer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Detailer to join our team at AGRA INDUSTRIES INC. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed drawings for structural and miscellaneous steel projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce shop drawings for commercial and industrial projects, including structures, towers, conveyor supports, bents, ladders, stairs, and guardrails.
  • Create erection drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details as required for field installation.
  • Revise drawings based on engineer's approval comments.
  • Review structural and architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract documents.
  • Collaborate with project management to create Request for Information (RFI) documents.
  • Work with engineers to prepare CAD sketches and drawings by rendering sectional, auxiliary, multi-views, sub-assemblies, pictorials, dimensions, and development.
Requirements:
  • Required: Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Preferred: Experience in drafting, schematics, and renovation.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant field.

Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
