Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our farm equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and repair of farm equipment, including tractors, trucks, skid steer loaders, and milking equipment
• Assisting with field work, including tillage and harvesting
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve farm goals and objectives
• Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in farming or a related field
