Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Personnel Specialist to provide executive support for the Special Operations Policy Oversight Committee. The successful candidate will have a strong background in federal civilian human resource management and experience drafting and classifying position descriptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support for the Special Operations Policy Oversight Committee
  • Draft and classify federal civilian position descriptions
  • Prepare written products for senior leaders
  • Develop and implement human resource management policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve committee goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 5 years of experience with federal civilian human resource management at the OSD Service or installation level
  • 2 or more years drafting or classifying federal civilian position descriptions
  • 5 years of experience with preparation of written products for senior leaders
  • Expert level technical knowledge of and experience with DoD or other federal civilian hiring processes
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master's degree preferred
