We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Desk Technician to join our team at Chumash Enterprises. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- System Maintenance: Install, maintain, test, and repair computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Documentation: Accurately document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
- Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to resolve technical issues and obtain necessary support.
- Knowledge Base: Create and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation on technical topics.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience: One year of IT support experience or related field preferred.
- Skills: Advanced proficiency in computers, Microsoft Office, database applications, email, internet, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and Active Directory.
- Certifications: Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency required.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $22.16 - $26.07 per hour.
