Job Summary

As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • System Maintenance: Install, maintain, test, and repair computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors to resolve technical issues and obtain necessary support.
  • Knowledge Base: Create and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation on technical topics.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Experience: One year of IT support experience or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in computers, Microsoft Office, database applications, email, internet, Microsoft Windows, Mac OS X, and Active Directory.
  • Certifications: Gaming License from the Tribal Gaming Agency required.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $22.16 - $26.07 per hour.
