Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and maintain staff and youth-facing computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technology tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan, develop, and implement technology projects and services
- Work with other departments to identify areas of improvement and implement technology solutions
- Completed two years of higher education, bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of experience in desktop or technology support preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain flexible, innovative, and adaptive to change
- Ability to learn new technologies and skills
- General knowledge of Windows 10/11 and basic networking principles
The IT Help Desk Technician will be required to work onsite full-time and may be required to use a personal vehicle. The position requires standing, sitting, typing, bending, and lifting up to approximately 50 lbs.
