Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and coordinating technical competencies of staff and products to meet client needs and market drivers
  • Overseeing the growth and delivery of project services and deliverables to meet client expectations in the New Jersey construction services market
  • Collaborating with company operations, marketing and management on business class efforts
  • Developing and leading business class practice and professional discipline groups, and project teams
  • Performing other duties as needed
Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a closely related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in transit, roadway or bridge construction
  • Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Experience in development and management of diverse teams
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
  • Commitment to quality, improvement and HDR values
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, local NY/NJ candidates and those with 25+ years of experience in transit, roadway or bridge construction are preferred.
