Position Summary:
The Planning Manager plays a crucial role in conducting comprehensive financial and product evaluations for our wholesale operations. This position requires a deep understanding of Open-to-Buy (OTB) management and the ability to effectively communicate insights to partners and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze weekly sales data and propose strategies across all product categories for North America.
  • Evaluate business opportunities by door and category.
  • Create planning documents to support analysis efforts.
  • Prepare quarterly hindsight reports for management to inform assortment strategies.
  • Oversee and maintain monthly sales and inventory plans by account and brand.
  • Support the team in achieving targeted sell-in and sell-out objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Self-driven and ambitious mindset is essential.
  • Familiarity with the US wholesale market.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales trends and deriving actionable insights.
  • Strong retail mathematics skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
