Job Description

The Wireless Customer Success Representative plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing personalized product information, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring seamless sign-up processes. This individual must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • BUILD long-term relationships with new customers through consultative selling.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate concerns to relevant teams.
  • Negotiate objections professionally and provide solutions-oriented advice.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels throughout the experience.
  • Collect feedback from customers on products, services, and sign-up processes to inform management and drive improvements.
  • Participate in daily meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge, develop new sales tactics, and stay updated on promotions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client relations.
  • A solution-focused mindset with the ability to overcome objections and answer technical questions.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management, prioritization, and organization skills.

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
