Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance with network and telephony hardware, software, and VoIP systems.
  • Assist with configuration, installation, and support of network and telephony systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex problems related to network and telephony systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network and telephony systems.
  • Provide after-hours on-call support for moderately complex issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in network and telephony system support.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of network and telephony systems, including VoIP platforms and CISCO VOIP.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting VOIP platforms or systems.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with CISCO VOIP.
