Job Description:
- Your Role as a Sales and Marketing Representative: As a member of our inside sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with prospective clients, generating leads through research and inbound and outbound emails and calls, and negotiating and closing deals to drive revenue and help us grow.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Opportunities: Generate leads through research and inbound and outbound emails and calls.
- Client Relationship Management: Be the face of ATS to our customers, carriers, and shippers.
- Negotiate & Close Deals: Drive revenue and help us grow.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, but not required.
- Honesty & Integrity: We value strong ethics in our team.
- Motivation & Goal Oriented: Drive and focus are essential to success.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Be quick on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong customer and phone skills are a must.
