Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Site Lead to join our team at Omnia360 Facility Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating day-to-day activities of staff to ensure that our client's needs are met and/or exceeded by performing facilities maintenance duties personally or through delegation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate day-to-day activities of staff to ensure that our client's needs are met and/or exceeded by performing facilities maintenance duties personally or through delegation.
  • Serve as the direct communication point for the timing, completion, and quality of work orders.
  • Shared accountability for customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage personnel and subcontractors engaged in performing facility maintenance work procedures.
  • Interview candidates; onboard and train new hires.
  • Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures; prepare and file accident reports.
  • Approve procurement of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Inspect work in progress to ensure conformity to contract specifications and quality.
  • Achieve acceptable KPI scores.
  • Ensure all operational and administrative work is compliant with our processes.
  • Team development and career planning for the workgroup.
  • Prepare and organize monthly steering team meetings and quarterly business reviews.
Requirements
  • Multi-trade experience preferred with a concentration in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and national codes pertaining to trades assigned.
  • Technical training or certificate in trade preferred.
  • Computer experience, ability to use and manage digital work order systems.
  • Universal CFC certification preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or construction-related field of study or 5 or more years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
  • Intermediate computer skills including experience working with CMMS work order software, Microsoft Office applications, and Contact Management software.
