Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our client facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to meet health and safety standards.
  • Empty waste receptacles and monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient cleaning operation.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance needs to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects and tasks as needed to support the team's goals.

Requirements

  • Commercial janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
