We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts as a Director, Business Growth and Development at Natives of Kodiak Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies: Create and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Requirements:
  • 15 Years' Experience in Sales and Customer Service: 15 years' experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record in business development and construction management.
  • Demonstrated Experience in Developing Business: Demonstrated experience in developing business and establishing relationships in an SBA 8A, SBA Mentor Protégé, HUB Zoned construction-related business for a federal contractor.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, supply chain, construction management, or equivalent experience.
