Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain customers through effective communication and relationship-building
- Assist in managing store personnel, including directing activities and providing guidance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes
- Prepare and review store reports to inform business decisions
- Document customer commitments and maintain accurate records
- Manage customer accounts and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve company objectives and maintain quality standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. You should also be proficient in POS systems and have a strong understanding of customer service principles. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Qualifications
Two years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or rent-to-own industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in a related field is preferred. You should also have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
