We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Career Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and supporting the growth of our business.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including scheduling appointments and following up with clients.
- Support the management of our website and social media presence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to our clients.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and support local community events and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
