Job Title: Account Manager II Physician & Leadership Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager II to join our team at AMN Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining the process for healthcare professional placement, converting qualified candidates to applications, and presenting top candidates to account managers while managing relationships with active candidates to drive growth in revenue and market share. Key Responsibilities: * Prioritize leads generated from cold calls into hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to prospect and qualify healthcare professionals via high-volume phone calls * Consult and educate healthcare professionals via an effective discovery strategy and building rapport to match them to open job orders * Calculate assignment margin and negotiate placement package with Regional Account Managers and Regional Vice Presidents to achieve divisional profit margin expectations * Present files detailing relevant work history, skills, and intangible qualities for healthcare professionals to Regional Account Managers to highlight the best fit for the orders * Proactively engage unique marketing to increase job orders for unique submittals * Nurture relationships with healthcare professionals as primary internal point of contact for those on assignment * Partner with sales training and leadership to discuss performance metrics, give praise & feedback, and develop or adjust strategies to reach goals with new Recruiting Consultants * Participate as a subject matter authority to help identify or present viewpoints on current processes Requirements: * Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience * Experience in a healthcare staffing role * Experience in a management or supervisory role * Experience building strong business relationships with key partners and decision-makers Work Environment: * Work is performed in an office/home office environment * Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards Our Core Values: * Respect * Passion * Continuous Improvement * Trust * Customer Focus * Innovation Pay Rate: $28.50 Hourly Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
