Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to enhance electrical maintenance and reliability strategies while contributing to vital preventative and predictive project initiatives. This role offers a structured on-site schedule from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., along with a flexible work arrangement. It is a full-time direct-hire position that provides a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, a generous PTO package, and a 401k plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical maintenance initiatives, evaluating the performance of electrical apparatus and control systems, including VFDs, motors, and motor control systems.
  • Formulate and execute reliability control strategies for electrical systems as part of ongoing asset risk management efforts.
  • Examine and interpret technical documentation to support capital projects from their inception through to completion.
  • Participate in troubleshooting efforts to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with National Electric Code, NFPA 70E, and ISA standards.
