Position Overview
As a pivotal member of our organization, you will contribute to the advancement of our network monitoring and configuration management systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Citrix infrastructure, ensuring timely updates and upgrades for versions 2203 and above.
  • Manage Citrix NetScaler, including regular updates and enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain VDI images to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create and manage Machine Catalogs and Delivery Groups for both MCS and Remote Access provisioning environments.
  • Monitor the Citrix environment and overall virtualization infrastructure for performance and reliability.
  • Publish applications and maintain their functionality.
  • Document processes and updates related to Citrix systems.
  • Administer Citrix and VMware integrations, performing routine maintenance on the Citrix VMware clusters.

Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • A proven history of dedication to previous employers.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and supporting a Citrix VDI enterprise environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience in scripting with PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with Citrix provisioning technologies within a VMware context.

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with third-party Citrix monitoring tools such as ControlUp.
  • Knowledge of MCS provisioned machines and their optimization techniques.
  • Experience with FSLogix or similar Citrix profile management solutions.
  • Familiarity with Citrix Cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Citrix NetScaler, application delivery, and virtual desktop environments.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as CCP-V, CCP-N, or CCE-V.
