About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix Systems Engineer to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT). As a key member of our Citrix operations team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Citrix systems and infrastructure to support our clients' critical missions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Citrix NetScaler/ADC solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and infrastructure
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Citrix-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Citrix technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Support Operations
  • 4+ years of experience in Citrix administration
  • Citrix Certified Professional Virtualization (CCP-V) certification
  • Active Top-Secret clearance
