Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to guest requests for items promptly and efficiently.
  • Keeping the housekeeping break room and storage areas tidy and organized.
  • Providing assistance to room attendants as needed.
  • Removing waste, linens, and towels from designated areas.
  • Delivering necessary supplies, linens, and towels to appropriate locations.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
  • Vacuuming and mopping hallways, staircases, and closets.
  • Dusting and polishing surfaces in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Reporting maintenance issues, guest requests, or complaints to the Supervisor.
  • Conducting carpet maintenance in guest rooms and common areas.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong ability to follow instructions.
  • Capability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexibility and motivation in work approach.
  • Professional appearance and grooming standards.
  • Experience working with cleaning chemicals and products.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
