Business Development Manager

At Blue Stream Fiber, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Supervisor to join our sales team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our sales team and achieving our sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services and build relationships with potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends and network with key stakeholders by attending CAI events, Management Company sponsored events, ULI, and NMHC events.
- Host webinars for board members to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Implement video marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence by creating and sharing engaging content, connecting with industry professionals, and participating in relevant groups and discussions.
- Attend site surveys to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with the sales coordinator to organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
- 3+ years of market development/research experience.
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.), preferably in Business and/or a minimum of six years of related experience.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret general technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Proven track record of achieving and beating quotas/targets.
- Knowledge of the bulk services market or telecommunications in Florida.
- Excellent time management, goal setting, prospecting, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong and effective communication skills both orally and written.
