Business Development Manager - IT Staffing

Skiltrek, a leading staffing company, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the IT staffing industry. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across the USA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the IT and other industry staffing sectors.
  • New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry knowledge, networks, and cold calling techniques.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers within client organizations.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and cross-selling relevant services.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of 5 years in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.
  • Track record of signing new clients and generating Sales and Business Revenue.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry players.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time Salary + Commission
